**City:** Rio Grande**State:** Rio Grande do Sul (BR\-RS)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job Number:** 42111 **Activities and Responsibilities**: * Operate equipment, controlling and checking variables such as level, pressure, flow, temperature, general equipment condition, collecting data from control instruments, as well as verifying and monitoring environmental standards. * Control process efficiency by monitoring tank levels, temperatures, equipment pressures, and flow rates. * Assist in production monitoring by recording results in control spreadsheets. * Help record incidents and manage raw material inventory, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Support boiler and peripheral maintenance activities that do not require technical maintenance knowledge, such as pipes, valves, gauges, instruments, and accessories, by cleaning, lubricating, and replacing damaged parts. * Check and record in spreadsheets temperature, consumption, water level, steam pressure, exhaust gases, and overall consumption. * Assist in process adjustments according to laboratory analyses, maintaining the standard specified by the Unit. * Collect and participate in analyses of samples related to water quality, combustion air flow rates, and raw materials. * Record data related to biomass consumption and other chemicals used in the sector, updating spreadsheets to maintain consumption demand. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by attending training sessions and lectures, using PPE, properly handling machines and equipment, among others. * Follow Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and adhering to established standards and technical regulations. **Expected Experience and Knowledge:** * High school diploma completed; * Technical education in Environmental Studies, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields will be considered a differentiator. * Availability to work in shifts. * Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures. **Work Location:** Rio Grande/RS At Bunge, our goal is to connect farmers to consumers to provide essential food, animal nutrition ingredients, and fuel to the world.
