The department carries out activities related to the collection, analysis, and evaluation of raw materials and finished products, performing physical analyses and providing initial assistance in chemical analyses. These functions are performed after training and in accordance with procedures and predefined parameters for each product and raw material.**Position Description | Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Perform quality inspections in internal and external warehouses, ensuring that products are stored under appropriate conditions and meet defined technical criteria. * Accurately update control spreadsheets and develop new models, calculation formulas, and formats as needed for department routines. * Ensure the preservation and correct operation of equipment used in analyses, performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance whenever necessary. * Conduct customer visits, supporting product sample collection and contributing to field quality assessment. * Archive and organize technical documents and mandatory records of the quality management system, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Prepare, identify, and archive samples of raw materials, inputs, intermediate, and final products according to established procedures and plans, ensuring control and traceability. * Evaluate and release internal products for consumption, as well as monitor exchange and loan processes, ensuring compliance with quality criteria. * Actively contribute to the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of work areas, promoting a safe, productive environment compliant with good practices. * Strictly follow Good Laboratory Practices and all applicable safety guidelines, focusing on prevention and operational excellence. * Promptly report any deviations or anomalies that could impact department results to the immediate supervisor, collaborating in root cause investigations and proposing technical solutions. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety tools, promoting accident prevention culture and reinforcing the principles of the Safe By Choice program. **Profile | Education and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Collaborative spirit, initiative, curiosity, sense of ownership, and respect for diversity; * Completed high school education; * Desired knowledge in fertilizers and physical analyses; * Valid driver's license (Category B) required. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Availability for shift work. **Contact Information** -------------------------- People & Culture **Cultivating Knowledge with Diversity** Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being a company that offers equal opportunities for everyone.
