* Manage and motivate the sales team, stock clerks, and assistants to achieve targets and objectives; * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, analyzing KPIs and correcting deviations; * Ensure excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming and professional environment; * Control work schedules, leave days, working hours, and staff attendance; * Conduct internal training sessions, alignment meetings, and regular feedback sessions with the team; * Support sales representatives in negotiations and closing deals when necessary; * Monitor product restocking, showroom display, and store organization; * Resolve customer conflicts and handle returns, cancellations, or complaints; * Participate in defining local marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives; * Monitor financial reports, cash flow, expenses, and assist in controlling operational costs; Maintain the store’s image and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
