Description: We are seeking a professional to work as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for leading the team and ensuring excellence in the execution of electrical maintenance activities at our soybean extraction unit. This professional will be responsible for planning, assigning, monitoring, and performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as promoting the technical development of the team and contributing to continuous process improvement. Responsibilities and duties * Lead and guide the electrical maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. * Plan and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems. * Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, aiming to reduce unplanned downtime and increase equipment availability. * Provide technical support to electricians and technicians in daily activities, promoting operational and technical development within the team. * Ensure service quality, timely completion, and cost control of maintenance activities. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization, standardization, and technological actions in electrical maintenance processes. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR-10 and NR-12. Requirements and qualifications * Technical degree in Electrotechnics, electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related areas is desirable. * Experience in team leadership. * Knowledge of medium-voltage, low-voltage, and high-voltage electrical systems, electrical controls, industrial automation, reading of electrical diagrams, and use of measurement instruments. * Knowledge of safety standards and practices (NR-10, NR-12). * Analytical, proactive profile, focused on results and team development. 2511130202461864186
