The professional will handle service requests, perform basic maintenance, and support daily IT department operations. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network); * Perform installation, configuration, and updating of systems and equipment; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computers; * Support access management, e\-mails, and internal systems; * Register and track technical service requests; * Assist in IT asset management; * Provide administrative support to the department Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows); * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Prior experience in the field is a plus.
