Job Summary: The professional will conduct complex analyses, co-create with stakeholders, propose systemic improvements, and manage risks, serving as a technical reference and supporting product evolution. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related fields. * Solid experience with SAP ERP, including integrations among FI, CO, and MM modules. * Strong knowledge of controlling, finance, tax, and accounting processes. * Proficiency in agile methodologies, software engineering, and advanced data analysis. * In-depth knowledge or practical experience with BTP, Datasphere, BPA, and DRC. * Critical thinking, systemic vision, negotiation skills, and influence capability. Conduct complex analyses and mappings, considering impacts across multiple SAP modules in collaboration with the PM. Collaborate with the PM to facilitate discoveries and co-creation with strategic stakeholders. Propose systemic improvements and innovative solutions autonomously. Proactively and strategically mitigate regulatory and tax risks. Influence the definition of metrics, KPIs, and OKRs related to the product. Participate in systemic evolution and digital transformation projects. Serve as a technical and advisory reference for business and IT areas. Support and guide PL/JR analysts, promoting best practices. Collaborate with the PM to decompose complex initiatives, defining criteria and standards to ensure clarity and quality. Promote advanced agile practices, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to frameworks. Manage risks and dependencies, anticipating impacts and coordinating cross-functional integration. Transform data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and systemic product evolution. Participate in the Upstream of Initiatives together with the PM. Contribute at the beginning of the Upstream process with business insights, assisting PMs in prioritizing, scheduling, or discarding initiatives.
