Job Summary: Itaú is seeking agents to work across its branch network, developing commercial skills, strengthening client relationships, and expanding knowledge of banking products. You will have the opportunity to observe the daily operations of our branch network, learn workflows designed to strengthen client relationships, and broaden your knowledge of our portfolio of banking products and services. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will work across our branch network, responsible for serving our clients—advising them on banking products and generating genuinely relevant new business aligned with each client’s current situation and needs. * Prospect and establish relationships with clients; * Deliver consultative service to ensure excellence in client service and monitor quality indicators; * Commercialize financial products; * Monitor the economic scenario, market trends, and financial indicators; * Use remote channels to commercialize products and services. * Hold a bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in exact or humanities fields; * Possess an active CPA10 or CPA20 certification; * Experience in commercial areas; * Experience in customer service.
