**Maintenance Assistant** We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work in RIO GRANDE. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** * Perform washing and removal of debris from all types of containers using water, neutral detergent, and other products in accordance with clients’ technical specifications, utilizing manual and electric tools such as drills, riveters, scrapers, pressure washers, etc. * Perform repairs on all types of containers, including adhesive removal, fan replacement, caulking, door rubber replacement, and other services; assist in all painting, welding, carpentry, PU injection, and boiler-making activities, adhering to clients’ technical specifications. Utilize manual and electric tools such as drills, sanders, grinders, caulk guns, riveters, scrapers, etc. * Perform repairs on all types of containers, including paint preparation, painting, sanding, adhesive removal, and other services, adhering to clients’ technical specifications. * Use manual and electric tools such as drills, sanders, grinders, and spray guns. * Join and cut metal alloy components using welding and cutting processes such as MIG, MAG, and oxy-gas; prepare equipment, accessories, consumables for welding and cutting, and parts to be welded. * Carry out container repair activities, specifically welding, dent removal, and alignment, as well as fabrication and cutting of parts. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigerated containers and power generators (clip-on or underslung). **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of container maintenance routines; * Availability to work flexible hours.
