Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Storekeeper to manage, organize, and control materials on-site, ensuring proper storage, safety, and logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and monthly stocktaking Position: Construction Site Storekeeper **Department: Construction / Procurement** We are seeking a **Construction Site Storekeeper** to ensure proper management, organization, and control of materials on-site, guaranteeing appropriate storage, safety, and logistical efficiency, always in alignment with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor. **Main Responsibilities** * Inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and invoices; * Label internal materials (warehouse) with tags and external materials with identification signs; * Organize and optimize storage spaces to ensure agility in material handling and distribution; * Record and verify invoices for supplies and freight charges; * Maintain and update inventory movement records (issuances and transfers); * Ensure warehouse and adjacent stock safety; * Identify defective equipment and forward it for maintenance, in coordination with the technical team and Procurement; * Organize and submit documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc.) to the administrative department; * Use CM (Materials Control) as a support tool for receiving and warehousing; * Monitor inventory levels through monthly system-based stocktaking; * Follow up with suppliers to track delivery deadlines; * Manage equipment and tool issuance and return according to internal procedures; * Operate forklifts when required (mandatory certification); * Support and guide auxiliary staff activities (where applicable); * Properly use PPE and collective protective equipment to ensure workplace safety; * Promote conscious resource usage and prevent waste; * Comply with company internal rules, procedures, and regulations. **Education and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of civil construction materials (preferred); * Storekeeper training course (advantageous); * Driver's license category B (preferred). **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of civil construction materials; * Proficiency in units of measurement and conversions; * Familiarity with inventory control systems (ERP). **Compensation** * Salary negotiable
