**RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the team of a company engaged in private and public construction projects, located in Campo Bom/RS. The position is under a PJ (individual contractor) arrangement with a monthly salary of R$6,000. Working hours are from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. The professional will play a key role in supporting full construction project management, covering activities ranging from planning to on-site execution. Duties include: Providing direct support to the Responsible Engineer in comprehensive project management and planning; Directly liaising with and managing third-party contractors involved in the projects; Closely monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards as specified in the design documents; Actively contributing to the planning of construction phases and resource allocation; Identifying material and equipment requirements and communicating necessary procurement items to the purchasing department; Handling technical documentation (e.g., drawings) and interacting with site inspectors. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Prior knowledge and understanding of on-site construction environments; Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.
