Wash, sanitize, and organize utensils, tableware, and cookware used during the process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, countertops, equipment, and storage areas. Assist in plating and meal distribution when required. Monitor material usage and report the need for replenishment of supplies. Ensure proper food preservation by correctly storing food items. Correctly apply food safety standards and good handling practices. Dispose of waste and leftovers appropriately, in accordance with sanitary surveillance guidelines. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
