Manage work schedules, timelines, and operational organization. Support recruitment, selection, and team development processes. Prepare and present managerial and operational reports. Handle communication channels (telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and social media). Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Manager, Team Leader, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
