Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for supervising preventive collections operations, managing teams and service providers, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and monitoring and analyzing portfolio indicators. Under the People and Management pillar, our goal is to ensure an environment that values people aligned with and engaged in the Group’s strategy, objectives, and values. **We are over 1,000 employees united by the same values: Determination, Respect, Flexibility, Creativity, Game Vision, Connection with the New, Empathy, Good Humor, Focus on Delivery, and Ability to Inspire Trust.** Join a Group that believes in people and grows with them! **\#JointheGroup** With you, **we are** more **COMPLETE**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise preventive collections operations. * Manage internal teams and service providers (collections agencies), monitoring SLAs, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Ensure compliance with collections policies, internal standards, Code of Ethics and Conduct, Consumer Protection Code (CDC), LGPD, and applicable Central Bank regulations. * Monitor and analyze key portfolio indicators. * Prepare and analyze managerial collections reports, reporting portfolio performance, risks, and relevant deviations to management. * Prevent operational and reputational risk by ensuring proper conduct by teams and contracted third parties. * Provide technical guidance to collections teams and related areas regarding processes, workflows, and best practices. * Conduct collections-related contacts and negotiations within defined authority limits, preserving customer relationships. * Collaborate with Risk, Credit, and Accounting departments to align strategies for recovering and handling delinquent portfolios, without violating functional segregation. * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of collections systems, tools, and processes, in coordination with IT and Operations. * Contribute operational inputs for reviewing and enhancing collections policies. * Collaborate with outsourced collections agencies and the Legal Department in special cases, ensuring contractual and regulatory adherence. * Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests related to collections activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Economics, or related fields). * Experience in collections at a financial institution or automotive finance company. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of the Tivea system is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Flexibility/Adaptability. * Execution Capability. * Organization. * Initiative/Proactivity. * Focused Attention. * Communication. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance (Unimed or Doctor Clin) * Dental Insurance (Bradesco Dental) * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance **We are the Sinosserra Group, one of the largest dealership and financial services groups in Rio Grande do Sul.** In nearly 80 years of history, we have stood out in the Rio Grande do Sul market through companies including **Sinoscar (Chevrolet), Guaibacar (Volkswagen), Tramonto Jeep, KIA Sinosserra, Omoda \| Jaecoo Sinosserra, Jetour Sinosserra, Sinosserra Brokerage, Sinosserra Finance, Sinosserra Promoter, ApliCap, and Companhia de Participações Sinosserra (CSC)**.
