This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with technology and possess a team-oriented mindset. Your main responsibilities will include: assisting technicians with fiber optic installations, conducting equipment tests, explaining internet usage to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, we seek a professional with: * Completed high school education (Technical training in Information Technology/Electronics is a plus). * Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime.
