The **Qualificar** program is Randoncorp's professional apprenticeship initiative, designed for young people seeking to begin their industrial careers within a Brazilian multinational company with global presence and continuous growth. With theoretical and practical training guided technically by SENAI (National Service for Industrial Training), candidates selected through the selection process will be hired by Randoncorp’s industrial units located in Caxias do Sul – RS. The program offers a comprehensive development experience, preparing participating youth for future challenges, under CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) employment terms via a special apprenticeship contract for approximately two years (2026, 2027, and 2028\). **\#YouAtRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and duties** Attend theoretical and practical classes at the Qualificar school premises, located at Randoncorp’s headquarters in Caxias do Sul – RS, maintaining regular attendance. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Be at least **16 years old** by 06/01/2026; * Be currently enrolled in or have completed high school at a **public school or as a 100% scholarship student at a private school**; * Be available to work during the **non-school hours of regular high school** throughout the entire course duration. **Additional information** **About the training:** * Training institution: SENAI \[National Service for Industrial Training] * Course: Operator of Mechanical Manufacturing Processes * Level: High school * Total hours: 1\.600 hours, distributed over approximately two years of training * Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shift (7:30 AM–11:30 AM\) or afternoon shift (1:00 PM–5:00 PM) **Benefits:** * Monthly remuneration equal to half the regional minimum wage * Lunch at the company’s internal cafeteria * Chartered transportation for round-trip commuting * Optional health plan \[SSI Saúde provider], with the same contribution value applied to permanent employees * Christmas Kit #### **At Randoncorp, we believe tomorrow is built by people.
