**Responsibilities and Duties**
We seek a Marketing Manager with strategic, creative, and integrated vision, responsible for leading Arezzo’s brand marketing comprehensively, consistently, and meaningfully. This professional will serve as a key figure in defining narratives, creative directions, and strategic priorities—connecting branding, communications, design, PR, digital, retail, events, and media strategy—with deep expertise in fashion and aesthetic sensitivity.
* Lead annual marketing and communications planning, with autonomy to define strategic priorities, narratives, and resource allocation aligned with brand and business objectives.
* Lead institutional, product, and promotional campaigns—from creative concept through execution—ensuring creative excellence, narrative consistency, and measurable impact on results.
* Serve as brand guardian, ensuring coherence in positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

**Responsibilities and duties** **Your mission on our team will be:**
* Provide first-level inbound and outbound customer service through Voice, Email, Chat, and WhatsApp channels (financial, technical, and retention), addressing each customer's different needs using company-defined tools and methodologies.
* Perform outbound calls using dialing systems for active campaigns such as: activation, reactivation, anticipation, unsuccessful service orders, net promoter score, and portfolio management (large networks and high values).
* Provide support and service to managers at Banco Santander and partner banks.
* Process service requests via the bank’s application, as well as through email tools.
* Open requests for second-level case analysis after conducting initial validation with the customer and partners.
