Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring stability, optimization, and quality in injection processes, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement and reduction of non-conformities. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in processes Description: Ensure stability, repeatability, and optimization of injection parameters to guarantee consistent quality and productivity. Ensure adherence to production volumes, deadlines, and sequencing defined by Production Control and Planning (PCP). Coordinate, guide, and develop operators, team leaders, and technicians, ensuring operational discipline and engagement. Proactively reduce scrap, rework, and non-conformities in alignment with Quality. Monitor and act upon departmental KPIs (OEE, efficiency, scrap, downtime), implementing corrective actions. Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practice standards – IATF. Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives in processes, layouts, setups, and operational routines. **REQUIREMENTS** Practical experience in thermoplastic injection processes and team supervision for 5 years. Proficiency in injection parameters, interpretation of technical drawings, and analysis of production metrics. Ability to make decisions on the shop floor, lead people, and perform under pressure and target-driven conditions. Compensation Notes: Not disclosed
