Job Summary: Operate plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper equipment operation, part quality, and achievement of production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S) Operate plastic injection molding machines to ensure proper equipment operation, the quality of produced parts, and achievement of production targets, in compliance with the company's safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate injection molding machines according to instructions and technical sheets * Feed raw materials into the machine * Conduct visual inspection of produced parts * Identify and report non-conformities or process failures * Sort, package, and organize produced parts * Maintain a clean and organized workplace (5S) * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred) * Prior experience in this role is an advantage * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment * Availability to work rotating shifts **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in the plastic industry * Basic knowledge of plastic injection processes Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1\.667,23 \- R$2\.435,32 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
