Join POLIRIM! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze, plan, monitor, develop, and control manufacturing processes; * Monitor the implementation of new products; * Analyze and implement technical and layout improvements in production; * Develop/study internal product movement; * Study and customize shipments; * Perform other activities as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures; * Develop and review work instructions and processes. * Product and process audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a degree in related fields; 2 years of experience in this role; Knowledge or experience in activities related to the Product area. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed bachelor's degree; Familiarity with the Solpen system; English language proficiency; Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards and tools; APQP training; MSA training; SPC training; PPAP training; MASP training; IATF 16949 training\. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria Chartered transportation Internal parking Unimed health plan SESI dental plan Good Card benefit card On-site physician Education assistance Our working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM In Brazil, we are established in Caxias do Sul and today celebrate nearly 15 years of history.
