We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the execution of procurement team activities, ensuring compliance with purchasing, receiving, storage, and material distribution routines; * Control material flow, ensuring requests are fulfilled according to each department’s needs; * Assist in defining purchasing priorities, aligning with production, maintenance, and other internal departments’ demands; * Support quotation requests, supplier negotiations, and material procurement, always seeking optimal pricing and delivery terms; * Ensure all suppliers comply with agreed specifications, monitoring deliveries and resolving potential quality or timing issues; * Control the purchase order process, ensuring documentation and procedures are correctly executed; * Supervise material storage in the warehouse, ensuring inventory remains organized and materials are stored properly; * Control material inflow and outflow, performing records and monitoring stock levels to prevent excesses or shortages; * Collaborate with the warehouse team in conducting periodic inventories and stock audits; * Supervise logistical operations including receiving, inspection, and storage of materials, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to established deadlines; * Monitor material dispatch to company departments, ensuring distribution processes are carried out efficiently; * Support procurement area budget management, controlling expenses and identifying cost-reduction alternatives without compromising quality; * Track purchase orders and material consumption, providing data for budget analysis and purchase forecasting; * Supervise daily procurement team activities, ensuring goal achievement and continuous performance improvement; * Provide feedback and support team competency development, training staff on routines and industry best practices; * Assist in resolving operational issues, ensuring uninterrupted departmental operations; **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree. * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in this role. * **Mandatory:** Brazilian driver's license (Category B) **Desired Competencies and Skills:** * **Team Management:** Ability to lead, guide, and engage teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * **Organization:** Skill in structuring processes, controlling workflows, and managing materials efficiently. * **Negotiation:** Aptitude to conduct supplier negotiations aiming for improved commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to analyze KPIs, manage inventory, track consumption, and support procurement planning. * **Communication:** Strong interpersonal communication skills for interaction with various departments and external partners. * **Proactivity:** Active approach to identifying improvement opportunities and resolving problems swiftly. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
