Job Summary: We are seeking an After-Sales Analyst to monitor customers, analyze indicators, manage complaints, and strengthen commercial relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Level Analyst Department Technical Assistance Employment Type CLT Salary To be negotiated Responsibilities Conduct ongoing communication and in-person visits to customers to monitor the quality of contracted products and services, identify specific needs, anticipate demands, and strengthen commercial relationships. Directly manage complaints and inquiries, ensuring end-to-end tracking until definitive resolution, with support from technical and administrative departments. Develop improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, contributing to internal process enhancement, increased satisfaction, and customer retention. This strategic role aims to consolidate brand trust, promote service excellence, and ensure a positive experience across all after-sales interactions. Requirements Strong communication skills. Practical and analytical mindset. Proficiency in drafting texts and reports. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and software applications. Driver's License CNH, Category B.
