Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the truck fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, operational safety, and cost reduction.

**Brief Description**
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the truck fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, operational safety, cost reduction, and compliance with legal and operational regulations.
**3\. Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and execute the schedule for **preventive and corrective maintenance** of the fleet;
* Monitor the overall condition of vehicles (mechanical, electrical, tires, documentation);
* Control maintenance costs, spare parts, and outsourced services;
* Interface with workshops, suppliers, and service providers;
* Ensure vehicles are in proper condition for operation and FVL transportation;
* Monitor KPIs such as: fleet availability, cost per km, downtime;
* Supervise and guide drivers on proper vehicle usage;
* Manage mandatory documentation (licensing, insurance, inspections);
* Prevent failures and reduce breakdowns;
* Support logistics in route planning, considering fleet conditions;
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable legislation.

* Reduce maintenance costs without compromising quality;
* Ensure **vehicle and driver safety**;
* Maintain updated records and controls;
* Meet company-established deadlines and standards.
**5\. Job Requirements \- Education**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
**Experience**
* Experience in heavy vehicle (truck) maintenance
* Experience in fleet or maintenance management
**Technical Knowledge**
* Basic knowledge of truck mechanics
* Preventive and corrective maintenance control
* Cost management
* Knowledge of tires, fuel consumption, and performance
* Basic logistics knowledge (desirable)
Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.200,00 per month
