What will be your main responsibilities? Monitor the order portfolio, tracking billing and shipping deadlines and priorities; Prepare loads for billing, allocating orders and creating transportation records; Release loads for Shipping; Generate daily reports of billed products. **To perform these activities, you must have:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of Excel; SAP ERP knowledge is desirable; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical reasoning. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Prior experience in transportation, shipping, billing, or logistics routines; Knowledge of logistics performance indicators (KPIs); Familiarity with freight contracting processes; A collaborative profile, with a positive attitude and focus on contributing to a light, respectful, and productive work environment. ?
