Promotion and enforcement of safety regulations Comil Silos and Dryers is seeking a Technical Leader to supervise and manage assembly construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations, while promoting alignment among teams, clients, and internal departments. Level Professional Area Assembly Employment Type CLT Salary To be negotiated Responsibilities * Monitor project schedules, identify deviations, and define corrective actions jointly with the team. * Interface with clients, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication aligned with contractual requirements. * Manage technical and administrative documentation for construction projects, ensuring proper recordkeeping and archiving. * Support and accompany inspection and audit activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Perform physical measurements of construction progress and validate data for financial disbursement to contractors. * Identify and document non-conformities, tracking implementation of corrective actions. * Participate in technical meetings and analyses, contributing to project management. * Evaluate and monitor material requests submitted by contractors, where applicable. * Report failures and unsafe conditions, ensuring prompt preventive and corrective action. * Promote and ensure compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal guidelines. * Safeguard the integrity of company and client equipment and instruments. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and good working conditions. * Participate in quality and continuous improvement programs. * Provide support to other departments when required. * Act ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with company values and code of conduct. Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Production, Electrical, or related fields). * Prior experience in construction project supervision or industrial assembly. * Willingness to travel.
