Coordinates field teams, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring conformity with project specifications, technical requirements, and applicable legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan and supervise the execution of infrastructure projects (pavement, drainage, earthworks, etc.); Review project drawings, technical specifications, and physical\-financial schedules; Coordinate field teams, site supervisors, foremen, and service providers; Monitor measurements, productivity, service quality, and project costs; Request and supervise procurement of materials and contracting of services; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations; Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and photographic records; Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and inspectors; Resolve technical issues and propose improvements to construction processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Proven experience in infrastructure projects; Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and planning tools; Valid driver's license (desirable for off-site project work); Preferred: experience in cement-stabilized base recycling. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher Lunch Transportation Voucher We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
