If you aim to make a global impact while working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborative teams, then we could be the perfect match! **Who We Are?** ------------------- The Service Plans team, within the Customer Experience & Services department, is responsible for the operational and financial management of Volvo Service Plans, supporting the commercial area, Volvo truck and bus dealer network, and customers across Latin America. We focus on delivering the best customer experience, continuously pursuing process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Maintain and enhance the process and tools for calculating the technical pricing of Volvo truck and bus maintenance contracts, in accordance with local and global policies and best practices. * Support maintenance contract pricing analysts across other Volvo markets in Latin America in establishing the technical pricing of Volvo truck and bus maintenance contracts, considering each market’s specific characteristics. * Support maintenance contract pricing analysts across other Volvo markets in Latin America in implementing best practices for processes and tools used to calculate the technical pricing of Volvo truck and bus maintenance contracts. * Support the national commercial team and dealer network in quoting Volvo truck and bus maintenance contracts. * Support maintenance contract portfolio managers in monitoring portfolio health and implementing corrective actions for contracts deviating from targets. * Understand key performance and risk indicators for maintenance contracts and support monitoring and achievement of established objectives. * Monitor and analyze maintenance contract portfolio costs to proactively identify potential product quality issues. * Maintain deep technical knowledge of Volvo truck and bus product lines. * Develop and implement statistical methods to identify, monitor, and analyze potential technical risks facing Volvo trucks and buses under maintenance contracts. * Conduct specialized, high-quality statistical analyses on maintenance contract data and propose improvements to the overall process. * Propose and develop new maintenance contract offerings aligned with the needs of Volvo markets in Latin America. * Support the LCC (Life Cycle Cost) process for Volvo trucks and buses. **Required Qualifications:** --------------------------- * Solid knowledge of Volvo truck and bus product lines, with analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate recommendations. * Highly organized profile, results-oriented, and focused on high performance. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and efficient prioritization of tasks. * Strong commercial mindset combined with a high focus on customer needs. * Excellent communication skills for interaction across various levels and internal areas (Latin American markets and HQ Sweden), dealer networks, and customers. * Analytical ability and critical thinking to recognize patterns, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making. * Attention to detail, ensuring information quality and accuracy. * Problem-solving ability with a practical approach and execution focus, even amid obstacles. * Collaboration and teamwork as core operating principles. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (statistical and/or reliability knowledge preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with Volvo truck and bus maintenance contracts. * Exposure to multicultural environments and interaction with diverse markets. * Negotiation and influence skills across various organizational levels. **This recruitment process is supported by Apriori Consulting** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Volvo do Brasil, we value candidates’ experiences and partner with certified vendors to ensure a professional, values-aligned selection process.
