Job Summary: The ICI is seeking a professional for the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT), with a focus on maintenance, technical support, and hardware and network configuration. We are looking for individuals who want to join the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT) team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform on-site or laboratory-based maintenance of client equipment; * Provide hardware technical support and assistance; * Deliver local user technical support, perform hardware maintenance, and identify and resolve issues; * Install and configure network assets (switches, routers, MikroTik devices, etc.); * Install and configure printers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical High School diploma in a related field or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; **Knowledge in:** * Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Basic electronics; * Printers (installation and configuration) and basic technical assistance concepts; * Computer networks; * Installation and configuration of virtual machines (VMs); * Infrastructure and connectivity; * Experience in IT technical support services; * Familiarity with IT Service Management best practices — ITIL. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of video surveillance and security systems and equipment (installation and configuration) is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Autonomy and Proactivity * Interpersonal Communication * Resilience and Adaptability * Organization and Time Management * Analytical Thinking **Additional Information** **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (on-site). **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation allowance for on-site and hybrid employees; * Health insurance: we offer a special Sul América plan (private room) with no co-payment!
