Identify and resolve technical and operational issues The professional will be responsible for **managing and coordinating teams of masons, carpenters, laborers, and other civil construction workers**, ensuring smooth project progress and compliance with deadlines and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary drawings * Plan and control material usage throughout the project * Organize work fronts and monitor service execution * Maintain effective communication with engineers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman (formal employment record required) * Knowledge of reading drawings and technical details * Familiarity with construction materials, their applications, and characteristics in civil construction * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
