Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage technical teams, contracts, and customer relationships—ensuring safety, quality, equipment availability, and achievement of operational KPIs. * Ensure personal and team safety * Guarantee compliance with operational, legal, and safety requirements * Ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance * Ensure customer satisfaction and contract profitability * Act as the direct interface with the customer * Supervise diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance routines * Monitor operational and financial KPIs * Ensure correct logging of maintenance orders in the system * Manage team scheduling, working hours, and expenses * Ensure availability of required resources, tools, parts, and equipment * Request backup machines and components to meet SLA requirements **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (preferred) **Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading technical maintenance teams * Experience in rental operations or service provision, with direct customer interaction * Experience in contract management, SLA monitoring, and operational KPIs **Technical Knowledge and Tools** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including data analysis and report writing capabilities * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Manusis or similar * Ability to read, interpret, and analyze maintenance reports (MTBF, MTTR, DF) * Knowledge of inventory planning and sizing for spare parts, materials, and components * Proficiency in continuous improvement and management tools (PDCA, 5S) * Knowledge of industrial lubrication and best practices for equipment preservation * Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams (preferred) * Familiarity with applicable Regulatory Standards (NR12, NR18, NR35, NR24, among others) **Additional Information** At Mills, we offer you: Medical Assistance; Dental Assistance; Meal or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance or Mobility Support; Life Insurance; WellHub (Gympass) for you and your dependents; PLR – Profit and Results Sharing; Viva Bem (Psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance program for you and your dependents); Dr. Mills 24h (Telemedicine and telepsychology program for you and your dependents); Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave.
