Join our team! *Responsibilities and Duties* We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to provide assistance to employees and support the IT environment. This professional will be responsible for resolving tickets, configuring equipment, and assisting with infrastructure maintenance. We seek a proactive, organized individual eager to grow in the IT field. *Responsibilities:* \- Technical support (remote and on-site) \- Installation and configuration of computers and systems \- Support for Windows, Office, and company systems \- Network support (Wi\-Fi, internet, printers) \- Rack assembly and network and server infrastructure setup. Requirements and Qualifications *Requirements:* \- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in a related field. \- Basic technical support knowledge. \- Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP). \- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. \- Knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, and information security fundamentals is a plus.
