Through a practical and dynamic methodology, the program aims to **develop technical and behavioral competencies (hard \& soft skills)** via a structured process that integrates **training, purpose, development, and continuous mentoring.** Additionally, the program promotes diversity and inclusion, encouraging participation from individuals across diverse backgrounds and contributing to a more plural and representative technology ecosystem. On-site work: 1\-2 days per week in Porto Alegre, RS. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for implementing website or interface designs through code. While web design defines the visual appearance of a site, Frontend development translates that design into functional code. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in **React**, including use of **Hooks**; Experience consuming **APIs**; Familiarity with **CI/CD processes**; Knowledge of **HTML5**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**; Experience with **responsive frameworks**, such as **Bootstrap**; Proficiency in **Git** and version control; **Interest in learning new technologies** and staying up to date.
