Our Areas of Operation: * Rio Grande do Sul * Minas Gerais #### **\#JoinSicredi!** **Responsibilities and duties** * **Administrative and Budgetary Management**: Plan, manage, and monitor budget execution, contracts, and purchases focusing on efficiency and service levels. Structure and oversee internal services, conducting performance reviews and continuous improvement plans; * **Purchasing, Contracts, and Suppliers:** Lead significant negotiations, ensure compliance with internal policies and controls, and manage supplier risks. Guarantee delivery quality through periodic reviews and action plans; * **Governance, Regulations, and Compliance:** Ensure adherence to systemic and local regulations, supporting the management of the regulatory cycle (creation, updating, awareness, and storage). Prepare and maintain materials and evidence for committees and audits/regulatory bodies (e.g.: CCCIR, Compliance Report); * **Headquarters Operations \& Facilities:** Manage building infrastructure, assets, and fleet. Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, legal requirements (licenses, PPCI), and safety. Plan and execute logistics and general support services for corporate activities and events; * **Operational Risks, LGPD, and Information Security (interface 2nd line):** Collaborate with Internal Controls/Compliance on control testing routines, fraud prevention, LGPD, and Information Security. Promote training and foster a culture of data protection and ethical conduct. Handle incidents and implement corrective actions; * **Leadership and Development:** Lead coordinators and multidisciplinary professionals. Set objectives, break down plans, and manage performance. Foster a service-oriented culture within the network, collaboration with Business/Credit areas, and team and successor development. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Complete** all stages within Gupy; * **Education:** Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting; * **Experience:** Proven experience in administrative/operational management will be an advantage, preferably within SFN/credit cooperatives; * **Knowledge/Topics:** National Financial System, cooperative and banking legislation, financial institution accounting. Financial planning and cost management, banking products and services. Systemic regulations and regulatory cycle management, compliance and internal controls.
