Period: Fixed term \- 01 month with possibility of extension; Business hours; Location: Distrito Industrial, Santa Cruz do Sul/RS **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Technical support: You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support, proactively solving hardware (such as desktops, laptops, printers) and software (operating systems and applications) issues. * Inventory and stock management. * Ticket management (ITSM): Will use ITSM tools to manage and document tickets. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Support Technician * Easy access to the workplace * Availability for immediate start Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: Information Technology, Higher Education
