Job Summary: A professional responsible for the expansion, installation, maintenance, and technical support of fiber and radio networks, ensuring service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fiber and radio network expansion and feasibility 2. Network infrastructure installation and maintenance 3. Technical support and network optimization Assistance in network expansion. External fiber feasibility assessment. External radio feasibility assessment. Utility pole inspection. Fiber installation with power delivery at residential premises. Fiber installation, cancellation or removal of equipment. Technical support. Equipment loan replacement. Point-to-point installation. Tower maintenance. On-call network support. Network optimization. Additional point installation, radio installation, CTO inspections, planning, construction, installation, expansion, and repair of high- and low-voltage electrical networks and lines. * Assist in network expansion projects, including cable laying, splice box and CTO fabrication, power verification, and network release to ensure capability to serve new customers. * Conduct fiber feasibility assessments by performing physical inspections at the nearest CTO to the contracted address and verifying port availability to serve new customers. * Conduct radio feasibility assessments by inspecting the contracted address to verify line-of-sight to the tower; perform signal tests and assess structural and equipment requirements as needed to serve new customers. * Inspect utility poles, access routes, structural integrity, and potential obstructions to ensure delivery of the contracted service. * Verify existing fiber power levels at the residence, identify the customer at the CTO, analyze available ports for updating the connection, configure equipment, complete cabling, and close the service ticket to deliver the contracted service. * Perform internal and external fiber installation, configure equipment, complete finishing work, conduct tests, register photos for closure, and instruct the customer to ensure delivery of the contracted service. * Remove equipment from canceled or inactive customers, resolve outstanding balances due to non-payment, recover equipment, and reduce losses. * Provide technical support by analyzing and eliminating possible causes, repairing identified faults, conducting tests, clarifying user queries, and closing service tickets to resolve connectivity issues. * Replace loaned equipment, verify power levels and existence of additional points, reconfigure them, instruct users, and close service tickets to guarantee delivery and quality of the contracted speed. * Perform point-to-point radio installation by running cables from the tower base to the panel, mounting the antenna at optimal height and orientation, connecting to the distribution box, verifying antenna activation, completing residential installation, finishing work, conducting tests, registering photos for closure, and instructing the customer to deliver the contracted service. * Perform tower maintenance to ensure quality delivery of the contracted service. * Support on-call personnel in network maintenance and optimization to correct faults. * Identify and optimize defective or hazardous network segments (e.g., tree branch trimming) to prevent future repairs or breaks. * Install additional connection points, adapting equipment to the contracted plan, test and demonstrate the connection to the customer, clarify queries, register photos, and close the service ticket to improve customer connectivity in other areas of the residence where signal coverage is unsatisfactory. * Perform radio installation by assessing line-of-sight, anchoring mounting bars and antennas, configuring equipment, running cables, testing devices and connections to deliver the contracted service. * Inspect CTOs to update connected and/or active customers in the system.
