Opportunity to propose improvements and reduce operational costs **Maintenance Supervisor – Santa Cruz do Sul/RS** **Salary:** To be negotiated, based on experience. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a break from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM. **Benefits:** Health insurance, meals at the company, attendance bonus (monthly bonus of R$ 200.00, subject to compliance with attendance rules), student assistance, transportation allowance, and PPR (Profit Sharing Plan). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team; plan, organize, and assign preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks; monitor interventions on machinery, equipment, and industrial facilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; identify failures, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to reduce downtime and operational costs; manage work orders, technical records, and maintenance performance indicators. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree (preferred), proven experience in mechanics, maintenance, or production areas, with CTPS registration; ability to act swiftly and flexibly; availability for short-term business trips as required by the company; valid driver’s license (Category B); willingness to work overtime.
