Analysis of microbiological test results and management of non-conformities **Job Description:** ---------------------- The professional will be responsible for working in the Quality area, supporting production departments, performing inspections, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with quality control routines and procedures. They will conduct training sessions and onboard new employees, analyze microbiological test results, handle customer complaints, and develop corrective action plans for non-conformities. They will also monitor quality indicators, support certifications and legal requirements, and manage service orders within the system. They must ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guaranteeing that processes, products, and services meet both company standards and Federal Inspection requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or related fields.
