Job Summary: Accounting professional to coordinate tax calculation, monitor tax legislation, manage the tax team, and provide consulting and training. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for consulting and team training. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: * Coordinate and verify activities related to the calculation and payment of municipal, state, and federal taxes. * Monitor ongoing tax legislation and support management on matters relevant to this area. * Conduct tax studies. * Monitor accessory obligations in LEAN. * Supervise the team of employees and communicate legislative changes, maintaining continuous updating regarding tax legislation amendments. * Handle official notices from municipal, state, and federal revenue authorities. * Responsible for developing and monitoring the tax schedule. * Monitor the accounting schedule. * Conduct training within the area. * Monitor and verify the CMV (Cost of Goods Sold). * Verify Lean system calls related to CND (Certificate of Tax Regularity). * Maintain additional services in GESCONT. * Generate monthly collection and checklist for protocol submission. * Conduct performance evaluations of analysts and employees. * Schedule vacations and manage hour banks for teams. * Participate in recruitment, selection, and termination processes. * Verify and forward monthly payroll tax exemptions to the HR department. * Verify tax postings in ZEN (ICMS, ST, DIFAL, and ADJUSTMENT). * Attend client meetings and provide technical consulting to clients. * Draft client communications regarding changes in legislation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Proactive * Communicative * Systemic vision **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – with a 1 hour and 20 minute break **BENEFITS:** Salary to be negotiated Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) or Food Allowance (VA) + Health Insurance after probationary period + Fresh fruit twice per week Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
