Assists with document organization and internal communication The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting human resources management activities, including onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, training, events, and payroll processing. This is a junior-level role performed under supervision, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the human resources department. * Manage the onboarding process for new employees, completing documentation, entering information into the system, facilitating integration, and providing guidance on company policies. * Assist with employee timekeeping, verifying records, entering certificates and other information into the system, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. * Participate in payroll calculation and verification, reviewing deductions, benefits, and potential bonuses. * Support the offboarding process, preparing documentation, calculating severance payments, and advising employees on their rights and obligations. * Manage and organize departmental documents and files, ensuring information security and integrity. * Assist with internal communication by disseminating information about policies, procedures, and benefits to employees. * Collaborate on updating employee registration data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information in the system. * Provide support and participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the HR administrative field. * Perform other administrative tasks related to the human resources department as required and directed by leadership.
