Use of BI tools for data modeling and visualization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Business hours **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service Provider – PJ * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights supporting decision-making. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports presenting relevant information clearly and objectively. * Collaborate with various company departments to understand their information needs and propose analytical solutions. * Conduct trend and performance analyses, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Utilize BI tools for data modeling and information visualization. * Participate in stakeholder meetings to present results and discuss data-driven strategies. * Stay updated on emerging data analytics and BI tools and techniques. * Document processes and methodologies used in conducted analyses. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, or completed undergraduate degree in any field plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology (minimum duration: 360 hours). * Proven experience in BI services. * ITIL 4 Foundation certification or training. Experience in database administration and BI tools. * Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following areas: * BI tools: Power BI and QlikView; * Oracle database administration; * SQL Server database administration; * NoSQL database administration; * Relational and non-relational database architecture; * Data modeling; * SQL; PL/SQL; Python; * Windows operating systems; * Linux operating systems; * Shell script automation development; * Security management and governance; * Index identification and creation to improve execution plans; * Knowledge of data storage, ETL/ELT processes, and big data ecosystem; **Benefits:** No benefits provided
