Basic time and administrative routine management for quality. Document, form, and record organization. Opening and tracking of non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Participation in internal and external audits. Calibration and equipment verification control. Knowledge Laboratory quality management system (ABNT NBR ISO 17025:2017) or other management systems such as ISO 9001. Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Concepts of document and record control. Basic knowledge of metrology, traceability, and equipment control. Activities to be Performed Serve and guide internal and external customers and suppliers. Classify, organize, prepare, and store equipment, instruments, and materials for testing, in accordance with pre-established standards and norms related to quality, safety, environment, hygiene, and health. Assist in scheduling, performing, and documenting destructive and non-destructive tests according to pre-established standards and norms. Assist in gathering and maintaining data and information relevant to the area of operation, following established processes and routines. Participate in the development, execution, control, and updating of area-specific processes. Participate in the development, execution, and monitoring of planning, budgeting, and work team processes for the area of operation and/or integrated teams. Assist in inventory control of materials within the area.
