Where you’ll work: Santa Maria/RS Work model: 100% on-site Company: CPFL Serviços **Prerequisites:** * Completed elementary education (secondary education preferred) * Availability for travel * Residence in Santa Maria/RS **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Adhere to and follow company-established operational procedures and safety standards. * Travel to assist drivers in collecting unusable materials across various CPFL Serviços bases, contractors, service providers, and CPFL Group Advanced Stations, as well as the yard-free zone of substations, accompanied by BA4 (warned) and BA5 (qualified) personnel. * Organize and clean the work area, applying the 5S methodology; assist in parts counting and sorting. * Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. * Sort, screen, and organize unusable materials, transformers, and general equipment. * Identify and control environmental aspects and impacts of your activities, preventing oil leaks and contamination through proper cleaning. * Assist drivers with vehicle maneuvering and signaling. * Dismantle obsolete electrical structures such as switches and connectors and ensure proper disposal. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Additional Information** \[if there is any deadline information, otherwise delete this section] **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
