**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage the established strategic plan, monitoring defined management indicators for the branch where you work, meeting set goals and deadlines;
* Manage the branch team, evaluating performance and promoting staff development through technical and behavioral training, aiming to foster the best possible organizational climate;
* Ensure the branch budget is met by promoting its viability through achievement of revenue, investment, and expense targets;
* Guarantee continuous improvement of the branch’s organizational processes under your responsibility, identifying and implementing enhancements to optimize available resources;
* Ensure all procedures at the branch under your responsibility comply with regulations established by the Singular Cooperative, ensuring proper process operation;
* Monitor the performance of the branch under your responsibility and develop action plans to increase cooperative members’ uptake of products and services;
* Plan and conduct business visits;
* Participate in credit analysis for the branch’s lending operations, according to pre-established authority levels;
* Address and implement corrective actions identified in audits, coordinating execution of recommended corrective and preventive measures;
* Comply with and guide the branch team under your responsibility on correct application of internal and external regulatory norms and directives, adoption of internal controls, and risk management.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics, Human Resource Management, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in related areas;
* CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification;
* Knowledge of financial products and services, and skills in negotiation and sales;
* Strong communication skills, ethics, professionalism, interpersonal ease, and ability to work collaboratively in teams;
* Experience in financial institutions/cooperatives;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LibreOffice suites;
* Experience managing teams and achieving goals;
* Willingness to travel, attend meetings, and participate in training courses;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
