Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a technical reference within your area, ensuring excellence in executing critical and complex activities on High Voltage construction projects. * Technically lead field teams, guiding junior and mid-level professionals while promoting development and engagement. * Evaluate and validate the technical compliance of executed activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, legal regulations, and corporate standards. * Support the formal leader in defining execution strategies, prioritizing activities, and making decisions in critical situations. * Anticipate operational, environmental, and safety risks, proposing corrective and preventive action plans. * Actively contribute to cost and schedule control, identifying deviations and presenting effective solutions. * Participate in the development and review of technical procedures, safety standards, and sustainable practices. * Represent the team in technical interactions with clients, suppliers, communities, or regulatory agencies, always maintaining ethical and professional conduct. * Promote innovation by sharing experiences and proposing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of construction projects. * Use project management software to manage daily work routines. * Participate in client feedback meetings, providing relevant information on high-complexity projects under your management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Microsoft Project. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
