Job Summary: Analyst responsible for analyzing departmental indicators, driving improvements, and actively contributing to operational growth through strategic analysis and reporting. Active contribution to results growth **Job Description:** ---------------------- Objective and detailed activities: Analyze indicators across all departments, follow up with managers and directors to ensure accountability, and thereby improve company results. Actively and strategically contribute to the growth of operational results. Analyze general published indicators and Group Saga portals (sales, margin, inventory, market share, parts sales, retention, acquisition). Participate in and lead monthly results analysis meetings with managers and directors to ensure accurate delivery of results. Participate in and conduct regional council meetings as needed, together with managers, brand directors, and the regional director, tracking indicators and defining action plans for follow-up in subsequent months. Prepare reports analyzing region-specific indicators and other reports requested by the regional director. Visit companies as required for meetings. Conduct controller and/or management system training sessions. Monitor the sales team's commission management on the first business day, providing support and training to managers. Activities (Summary): Indicator analysis, development and monitoring of action plans; monitoring and leading meetings with managers; active and strategic contribution to operational results growth; report preparation in Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and system report exports. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering. Experience in controller functions preferred.
