What will be your responsibilities?* Assist in contract administration activities with suppliers and service providers. * Support the continuity of procurement activities and decision-making processes by verifying invoices, price adjustments, payment installment reconciliations, and payment terms. * Draft purchase or service contracts with enhanced technical rigor and submit the relevant contract copies to responsible parties. * Collaborate on contract renewals with suppliers and service providers, monitoring expiration dates and verifying with the respective area whether contract extensions are needed or whether new market quotations should be pursued. * Manage and suspend payments related to ongoing contracts, analyzing compliance with agreed terms and forwarding findings to the responsible area. * Prepare monthly management reports. * Prepare general departmental reports, including: list of contracts by department, validity periods, and payments made per contract. * Conduct supplier evaluations jointly with managers and Local SS (Occupational Safety and Health), monitoring service execution by contracted contractors. * Request suppliers to submit certificates of clearance from federal, state, and municipal authorities; copies of corporate bylaws; negative debt certificates issued by INSS (National Institute of Social Security); notary protest certificates; and monitor updates to these documents throughout the contract term. * Collect signatures from all involved parties (Company and Contractors) on contractual documents. What are we looking for?* Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. What would be a differentiator?* Experience in contract management. * Knowledge of SAP. What will your work schedule be?* Administrative (Monday through Friday). What will your work model be?* On-site in Cajati/SP.
