




We are looking for a professional to work as a Quality Inspection Operator with an analytical, responsible, and process-oriented profile. The person will be responsible for conducting inspections of maintenance and industrial shutdown activities, as well as collaborating in the identification of process and industrial environment improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Verify and monitor the planning of operational and maintenance activities. 2. Conduct quality inspections on processes, materials, and services performed. 3. Complete safety checklists and documentation prior to commencement of activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. 4. Collect productivity data from direct labor and accurately record field information. 5. Monitor quality, safety, and operational performance indicators. 6. Identify deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions. 7. Support internal audits by tracking action plans and performing field verifications. 8. Ensure that performed activities comply with quality, safety, and operational best practice standards. 9. Work alongside field teams to guide safe, standardized, and efficiency-focused practices. Requirements: **Intermediate Office Suite (Power BI is a plus).** Technical reading and writing skills for preparation of technical reports. **This position requires completion of high school and is open to first-time job seekers.** Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow Belt). **Ability to interpret maintenance plans and quality standards.** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
