Identifying and resolving issues in the production process An industrial refrigeration equipment company is seeking a Production Leader in Sapucaia do Sul (Colonial). **Responsibilities:** Lead shop-floor activities by organizing teams, machines, and materials. Ensure achievement of established production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the operational team. Serve as the liaison between coordination and operators to ensure information alignment. Identify issues in the production process and propose solutions for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the production environment. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Coordinator, Production Manager, or Production Head may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
