




Job Summary: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers and IT equipment, including software installation and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for customers and colleagues * Diagnose and repair issues with computers and IT equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. * Install, configure, and update operating systems and software. * Provide technical support to customers and colleagues. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and spare parts inventory. Requirements: * Completed high school; technical training in computer science (preferred). * Proven experience in hardware maintenance. * Knowledge of computer assembly and configuration. * Ability to diagnose faults and resolve problems. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
