Your primary mission will be to ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and invoice issuance, supporting the finance department and contributing to excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities** Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e) for products and services, correctly applying CFOP, CST, NCM, and tax rates. Verify registration data and contracts prior to invoice issuance. Manage cancellations and correction letters, when necessary. Organize and maintain digital and physical files of issued NFs. Update billing control spreadsheets and performance indicators. Support reconciliation between invoices and billed amounts. Assist customers and internal departments with billing-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred). Experience with billing and NF issuance. Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. Proficiency in NF issuance systems (ERP, SEFAZ) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
