Description: Technical knowledge: * Mastery of agricultural credit products and lines (Pronaf, Pronamp, free resources, BNDES, etc) * Technical knowledge of agribusiness product chains; * Constant monitoring of the macroeconomic scenario, interest rates, exchange rates, and commodities; * Experience working with large agricultural accounts will be a differentiator; Requirements: * Completed degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate qualification in Agribusiness or related areas is a plus * Practical knowledge of agribusiness and rural credit lines * Proficiency in PowerPoint (presentation creation) and intermediate Excel skills * CPA 20, CEA/FBB420 will be a differentiator Essential Skills * Strategic vision and commercial focus; * Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make results-driven decisions; * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (sales, data, operations); * Ability to align performance goals and indicators; * Proactive mindset and ownership attitude; * High negotiation capacity and active listening; * Mobility to reside in the city of Canarana/MT * Develop growth and portfolio restructuring strategies for agricultural credit focusing on diversification, profitability, and security; * Work in partnership with the data team to identify members with higher credit propensity and convert these opportunities into qualified leads for managers; * Monitor portfolio performance and suggest strategic adjustments to improve product penetration, healthy leverage, utilization of more profitable credit lines, and achievement of revenue targets; * Participate in the development of the annual agricultural credit goals and performance indicators plan, ensuring alignment between planning and execution; * Monitor market movements, propose proactive commercial actions, and ensure we are lending at optimal rates, terms, and risk levels; * Deliver monthly agricultural portfolio performance reports to regional management, business development, and executive leadership, including critical insights and action proposals; * Monitor and critically assess the impact of changes in the national and international economic environment and commodities, creating connections with the producer member's business; 2510150202241681616
